Adding Fields

You can add additional fields to your charts at any time. In this exercise, you will add an Org Unit field.

11   Click the Home tab, then click Define Fields.

The Define Fields dialog box opens.

12   Click the Add button and type Org Unit.

13   Click OK. You will be prompted to add the new field to all boxes.

14   When prompted to add the new field to all boxes, click No. You want to display the new field only in the boxes representing the executive team.
