OrgPlus enables you to create new templates from an existing file or template.
To create a new template:
1 Click the File tab and select Open. The Open dialog box opens.
2 Select an existing chart or template file and click Open.
3 Save the chart as a template.
To save the template as a Design template:
1 Click the File tab and select Save As, then select Insperity OrgPlus 2012 Template.
2 In the Save As dialog box, type in a name for the template (*.opxt) file and click Save.
Note: If you save this file in your MyCharts/Templates folder, it automatically appears in the design section of the templates panel.
To save the template as a Box template:
1 Delete all boxes in your chart, except for the box that defines the template.
2 Click the File tab and select Save As, then select Insperity OrgPlus 2012 Template.
3 In the Save As dialog box, type in a name for the template (*.opxt) file and click Save.
Note: If you save this file in your MyCharts/Templates/Box folder, it automatically appears in the box section of the templates panel.
To save the template as a Branch template:
1 Create the branch layout structure that you want by always adding child boxes to the left most node in the chart.
2 Click the File tab and select Save As, then select Insperity OrgPlus 2012 Template.
3 In the Save As dialog box, type in a name for the template (*.opxt) file and click Save.
Note: If you save this file in your MyCharts/Templates/Branch folder, it automatically appears in the branch section of the templates panel.
