There are numerous ways to navigate through a chart and display different reporting relationships. Let’s start by displaying a subordinate reporting relationship in the Basic Chart.
To display a subordinate position:
1 In
the Basic Chart sample, click on the down-arrow at the bottom of the box
for Phil Bernard. The chart now displays his direct report, Blythe
Anderson. To hide the box again, click the box in the lower-right corner
of the box for Phil Bernard.
A new box appears, displaying information on Blythe Anderson. The down
arrow changes to an up arrow at the top of
the box.
2 Click on another navigation arrow in the chart to display that position.
3 To hide the subordinate positions once again, click the up arrow.
