You can optimize the layout of your chart by selecting the branch style that optimizes the distribution of boxes on a page.
To optimize the branch styles in your chart:
1 Choose Optimize Branch Styles from the Chart menu.
2 In the Optimize Branch Styles dialog box, select the style you want to apply to the chart. There are now four styles from which you can choose:
3 Select whether you want to apply this branch style to the Entire Chart or the Active sub-chart.
4 Select whether you want to override the default sort order by selecting the Override sorting option.
5 Click OK.
