The following typographic conventions appear in this guide:
References to keyboard keys are shown in bold, such as Press Enter. Press Alt+A means to simultaneously hold down the Alt key on the keyboard and press the letter A.
Buttons and tabs on the screen are shown in bold, such as Click OK.
Information that you enter appears in bold face, such as Type A:\setup.
Sub-menu instructions are separated by a chevron, such as "Choose View > Show > Hidden Boxes, which means to choose the Show command from the View menu, and the Hidden Boxes command from the Show sub-menu.
Many actions are available through what are called context or popup menus, which appear when you right-click on an object. The instructions will say to Right-click an object and choose the appropriate command from the popup menu.
