By default, formulas are recalculated automatically each time a change is made to a chart. For large charts, you may want to turn automatic recalculation off to enhance performance.
· Click the Home tab and select Calculation Options | Auto Recalculation to turn automatic recalculation of formulas on and off.
· Click the Home tab and select Calculation Options | Recalculate Formulas to update all formula fields.
Note: When the result of a calculation returns zero, you can show or hide this result through the Define Fields dialog box. See Performing Calculations for more information.
Caution: While Auto Recalculation is OFF, there is no indication that formulas are not up to date.
