tab.)Sometimes boxes within the same level need to be repositioned for business reasons. The free-form tool (described in the Free Dragging Boxes, Working with Charts: Basic Charting) can also be used to reposition boxes within the same level.
To reposition a box:
1 Choose
the Select tool . (If
you do not see the Toolbar, click the Show command in the Toolbar section
on the Format
tab.)
2 Select the box you want to reposition.
3 Hold down the Shift key while dragging the selected box. Release the mouse button when the box is in its new position.
