Our plan has changed. The new Insperity OrgPlus Technical Support plan offers priority phone support, live chat, online case submission , and access to online resources. We no longer offer free product upgrades as part of the plan.
Technical Support plan includes:
- Priority toll-free live support and priority case escalation
- Online case submittal
- 15% discount on training and service hours
Hours of Operation
Renewal: The renewal of your OrgPlus Technical Support plan is not automatic, but someone from Altula will contact you at the end of our term to help you renew. You can also renew early by contacting our renewals specialist by email at email@example.com or by phone at 877-908-2113
